Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKSDM) Pamekasan, Lukman Hedi Mahdia mengungkapkan, kebutuhan PNS atau Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) mencapai 2.000 orang, 1.400 di antaranya adalah tenaga pendidik atau guru kelas SD yang tersebar di 13 kecamatan.
“Kami harap Menteri Aparatur Negara (Menpan) segera merealisasikan rekrutmen itu. Sebab saat ini kebutuhan CPNS di Pamekasan cukup banyak yakni sekitar 2.000 orang,” ungkapnya, Rabu (31/01/2018).
Menurutnya, sampai sekarang belum ada pemberitahuan dari pemerintah pusat tentang rekrutmen Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS), termasuk kuota yang akan diberikan kepada Pamekasan. Sehingga, jika tahun ini tidak ada rekrutmen CPNS, maka dipastikan kekurangan tersebut akan bertambah.
