Catat, Sudah Ada 249 Orang Diamankan Polisi Karena ‘Ngotot’ Abaikan Maklumat Kapolri

Sejak maklumat Kapolri dikeluarkan, jajaran Kepolisian Daerah Jawa Timur (Polda Jatim) sudah mengamankan sekitar 249 orang yang tetap ‘mokong’ berkerumun.

Diantaranya Polresta Surabaya 63 orang, Sidoarjo 35 orang, Polresta Malang kota 40 orang, Polres Kediri 10 orang, Polresta Pasuruan Kota 10 orang, Polres Pasuruan 23 Orang, Polres Bondowoso 9 orang, Polres Malang 8 orang.

Kemudian Polres Bangkalan 11 orang, Polres Batu 5 orang dan Polres Trenggalek sebanyak 10 orang.

Dari 249 orang tersebut terdiri dari pemilik tempat nongkrong, dan juga pengunjung, mereka dibawa kekantor polisi.

Menurut Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko Kabid Humas Polda Jatim, Jumat (27/3/20), mereka yang diamankan langsung diperintah membuat surat pernyataan untuk tidak mengulangi lagi perbuatannya.

“Mereka dibawa ke kantor polisi untuk membuat surat pernyataan tidak mengulangi lagi dan bersedia mendukung program pemerintah,” ujarnya

Trunoyudo menambahkan, pihaknya akan terus melakukan kegiatan tersebut sepanjang masyarakat belum patuh terhadap anjuran dari pemerintah. Bahkan, pihaknya akan bertindak lebih tegas lagi.

“Tidak menutup kemungkinan, kami akan melakukan tindakan yang lebih tegas lagi, yaitu penindakan secara hukum bagi masyarakat yang masih melanggarnya,” tutupnya. (hib)
