Kenaikan retribusi di Pasar Srimangunan Sampang tentunya akan menjadi polemik baru dikalangan para pedagang. Pasalnya, para pedagang merasa keberatan, mengingat pendapatannya menurun drastis di tengah pandemi Covid-19.

Bahkan, kenaikan retribusi sudah mulai menjadi gejolak perekonomian masyarakat, khususnya para pedagang yang ada di Pasar Srimangunan, meski kenaikan retribusi akan diberlakukan pada awal Agustus 2020 mendatang.

Iksan Budiono, salah satu pedagang Pasar Srimangunan Sampang mengungkapkan, sangat miris jika Pemerintah menaikkan retribusi ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Karena, mayoritas pendapatan para pedagang menurun drastis.

“Para pedagang di Pasar Srimangunan saat ini sudah lesu, tapi kog malah restribusi dinaikkan. Seharusnya Pemkab Sampang dalam hal ini dinas terkait, sebelum menaikkan retribusi dilihat dulu kondisi para pedagang,” ujarnya, Senin (20/7/20).

Budiono juga mengungkapkan, semestinya pemerintah/dinas terkait melakukan pemberitahuan atau konfirmasi terlebih dahulu kepada para pedagang terkait kenaikan restribusi tersebut, sehingga bisa mengetahui kondisi dibawah.

“Tentunya hal ini akan menjadi beban baru bagi para pedagang, padahal dagangan kita dalam sehari belum tentu laku. Dulu, sebelum ada kenaikan restribusi kita dilibatkan, namun sekarang sudah tidak, entah ada apa?,” ungkap Budiono.

Sementara itu, Kepala Pasar Srimangunan Sampang Misnaki mengatakan, Kenaikan retribusi tersebut sesuai dengan Peraturan Daerah (Perda) nomor 19 tahun 2020. Sedangkan kenaikan retribusi ini rencananya akan diberlakukan pada awal bulan Agustus mendatang.

“Kenaikan restribusi pasar ini rata-rata naik 25%. Tak hanya itu, tarif parkir di Pasar Srimangunan pun akan naik 100%. Jadi, kenaikan restribusi pasar akan diberlakukan pada tanggal 1 Agustus 2020, dasar dinaikan retribusi itu sesuai Perda dan kami sudah mensosialisasikannya kepada para pedagang,” jelas Misnaki.
