Semua ini dilakukan agar tidak sampai terjadi hal hal yang tidak diinginkan,seperti balap liar yang selalu mengganggu pengguna jalan raya.Hal ini agar jangan sampai ada anak muda yang melakukan aktivitas balap liar.
