Dinas Sosial (Dinsos) Kabupaten Sampang, Madura, Jawa Timur, kembali menghapus sebanyak 9 ribu data penerima Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) mulai per Januari 2021.

Kabid Pemberdayaan Fakir Miskin dan Penanganan Sosial, Dinsos Kabupaten Sampang, M Nashrun menjelaskan, penghapusan 9 ribu data penerima BPNT itu karena data kependudukan di Data Terpadu Kesejahteraan Sosial (DTKS) dengan data Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dukcapil) pusat tidak valid.

“Yang paling banyak persentasenya dari 9 ribu ini masalah data kependudukan yang tidak valid. Sisanya, walaupun dana sudah masuk ke rekening tapi ada penerima yang tidak melakukan transaksi secara terus menerus selama tahun 2020,” jelas Nashrun, Selasa (05/01/21).

Lebih lanjut, Nashrun mengatakan, karena paling besar presentasenya yang dihapus ini terkait data kependudukan tidak valid. Maka, minta semua pihak harus terlibat, yakni Pemdes, Camat dan Dispendukcapil.

“Pokoknya, data kependudukan itu per 5 tahun harus di perbarui. Sementara, masyarakat dibawah masih banyak yang tidak mengetahui. Sehingga, konsekuensinya pada saat data kependudukan di DTKS setelah di padankan dengan data Dukcapil pusat tidak muncul,” ujarnya.

Nashrun menambahkan, penghapusan data itu, pihaknya sudah mengirimkan sebaran surat pemberitahuan ke semua desa, kalau nanti datanya di perbaiki dan di entri otomatis akan muncul lagi sebagai penerima BPNT.

“Karena pemadanan data DTKS dengan data Dukcapil pusat ini dilakuan setiap tahun pertriwulan,” pungkasnya. (adi/har)
