“KPK meningkatkan status penanganan perkara dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan dengan menetapkan 9 orang sebagai tersangka,” kata Wakil Ketua KPK, Laode Syarif, dalam konferensi pers di kantornya, sebagaimana dilansir Kumparan, Senin (15/10/2018).
Neneng ditetapkan sebagai tersangka bersama dengan Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Bekasi, Jamaludin, Kepala Dinas Pemadam Kebakaran Kabupaten Bekasi, Sahat MBJ Nahor, Kepala Dinas Kebersihan dan Pertamanan Kabupaten Bekasi, Dewi Trisnawati, dan Kepala Bidang Tata Ruang Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Bekasi, Neneng Rahmi.
Ia diduga menerima suap senilai miliaran rupiah dari tiga orang dari Billy Sindoro, Taryudi, Fitra Djaja Purnama dan Henry Jasmen. Billy Sindoro disebut oleh KPK sebagai Direktur Operasional Lippo Group. Sementara Taryudi dan Fitra adalah konsultan Lippo Group, sementara Henry adalah pegawai Lippo Group.
