Pamekasan (regamedianews.com) – Saat asyik bermain judi lima orang asal warga Pamekasan sehari – harinya bekerja sebagai kuli bangunan berhasil dibekuk oleh Satreskrim Polres pamekasan.
Kelimanya adalah Jumadi (36), Haryono (39), Bambang Heriyanto (43), Ferullah (27) warga Desa Panglegur Pamekasan dan Doni Bungsu Harsono (31) warga Jalan Bhayangkara Laden Pamekasan.
Kasatreskrim Polres Pamekasan AKP. Bambang Hermanto saat dikonfirmasi mengungkapkan, kelima tersangka ditangkap ketika asyik bermain judi jenis kyu kyu menggunakan kartu domino di sebuah gardu di desa setempat.
“Penangkapan dilakukan setelah kami mendapat laporan dari masyarakat bahwa di tempat itu kerap kali dijadikan tempat perjudian,” ungkap Bambang, (07/12/2016).
Polisi berhasil mengamankan alat bukti dari tangan tersangka berupa satu set domino yang digunakan untuk berjudi, alas berupa kardus serta uang tunai yang digunakan untuk taruhan sebesar Rp. 323 ribu.
Atas perbuatannya para tersangka dijerat pasal 303 ayat (1) ke 2E dan 3E Kitab Undang Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP) dengan ancaman hukuman 10 tahun penjara. (*)
