Setelah kunjungannya ke beberapa Partai, Kapolres Cimahi AKBP Mochamad Yoris Maulana Yusuf Marzuki, beserta jajaran menutup kunjungannya ke kantor Bawaslu Kota Cimahi.
Kedatangannya, Kapolres beserta rombongan disambut lengkap para pimpinan Bawaslu Kota Cimahi, dikantornya jalan Sangkuriang, Kelurahan Cipageran, Kota Cimahi. Pada Rabu (05/08/20).
Akhmad Yasin Nugraha, Koordinator Divisi Pengawasan dan Hubungan Antar Lembaga Bawaslu Kota Cimahi mengatakan, sebelum kedatangan Kapolres ke kantornya, pihak Bawaslu Kota Cimahi pernah berkunjung ke Mapolres Cimahi.
“Ini balasan untuk kami dan satu kehormatan, setelah sebelumnya Bawaslu beserta jajaran pernah berkunjung ke Mapolres Cimahi,” ungkap Yasin usai menerima rombongan Polres Cimahi, Rabu (05/08/20).
Kapolres Cimahi, tadi saat berkunjung dan setelah melihat kondisi kantor Bawaslu, menanyakan status kepemilikan kantor. Lalu pihaknya menjelaskan kalau statusnya masih ngontrak.
“Dari pertanyaan tadi kalau saya melihat, Pak Kapolres merasa prihatin atas kondisi kantor kami. Tadi beliau juga akan mencoba membantu untuk mengkomunikasikan ke Pemerintah Kota Cimahi untuk memfasilitasi kantor Bawaslu Kota Cimahi,” Ungkapnya.
Belum lagi, kata Yasin, kantornya yang berhadap-hadapan dengan kantor salah satu Partai peserta pemilu yang ada dikota Cimahi. Sedangkan Bawaslu adalah pengawas Pemilu yang harus menjaga independensi.
“Kami sendiri merasa ada kekhawatiran jika kantor kami berhadapan dengan salah satu partai. Takutnya jadi sorotan yang lain. Sementara kami harus netral sebagai pengawas,” tandasnya. (agil)
