SAMPANG, (regamedianews.com) – Musibah banjir yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sampang pada Minggu (09/04) kemarin, menjadi perhatian serius sejumlah Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM) setempat, diantaranya LSM LPKP2HI, LSM Gampar dan BANN. Sebagai tindak lanjutnya, LPKP2HI menggandeng salah satu pengusaha di Surabaya menggelar kegiatan acara peduli kemanusiaan di sejumlah titik di Kota Sampang dan sekitarnya yang terkena banjir.
Ketua Lembaga Pengawas Korupsi dan Pemantau Penegak Hukum Indonesia (LPKP2HI) Sampang Suharto mengatakan, gerakan kemanusiaannya itu sebagai bentuk kepedulian bagi para korban yang terkena musibah.
“Bantuan itu diberikan langsung kepada warga yang kena musibah. Sebab, kami lihat masih ada warga atau korban yang belum tersentuh oleh bantuan dari pihak Pemerintah. Maka dari itu, kami secara langsung menyalurkannya bagi warga yang belum mendapat bantuan,” terangnya kepada regamedianews.com, Selasa (11/04/2017).
Pihaknya berharap, semua yang telah dilakukannya itu dapat bermanfaat bagi semua yang membutuhkan. “Sesuai prinsip kami, bahwa sebaik-baiknya manusia adalah bermanfaat untuk manusia yang lainnya, hal itu sesuai dengan apa yang dikatakan oleh junjungan alam Nabi Besar Muhammad SAW,” tuturnya.
Menurut Suharto, bantuan yang akan disalurkan kepada korban banjir itu merupakan kerja sama pihaknya dengan seorang pengusaha yang peduli akan kemanusiaan.
“Bantuan ini dari seorang pengusaha bernama Bapak Agus dan Ibu Nilia, yang diamanahkan ke lembaga kami dengan total uang Rp 6 juta dikemas berupa 40 sembako,” pungkasnya.
Untuk diketahui, bantuan tersebut di distribusikan pada tiga titik di wilayah Sampang dan sekitarnya. Antara lain, Jalan Kamboja, Jalan Seruni dan Jalan Melati, Selanjutnya, diberikan kepada 40 KK.(Cak Jum)
