Sumenep, (regamedianews.com) – Nasib sial kini harus dialami Mahfudz (51 th), asal warga Dusun Aeng Bato, Desa Kapedi, Kecamatan Bluto, Kabupaten Sumenep, dirinya mengalami luka bacok pada bagian dahi sehingga harus dilarikan ke Puskesmas setempat, pada Rabu kemarin (05/07/2017).
Menurut informasi yang dihimpun regamedianews.com, Korban (Mahfud) mengalami luka bacok dibagian dahi dengan menggunakan senjata tajam (sajam) jenis arit yang dilakukan oleh tetangganya sendiri yakni Hasanuddin (40 th), keduanya cekcok mulut lantaran salah paham yang berujung pembacokan.
“Korban dibacok tetangganya sediri, di sebuah ladang kosong milik pelaku. Diawali cekcok mulut, lalu terjadi penganiayaan pada korban dengan menggunakan arit,” terang Kapolres Sumenep AKBP Joseph Ananta Pinora melalui Kasubag Humas Polres Sumenep, AKP Suwardi, Kamis (06/07/2017).
Menurutnya, percekcokan itu terjadi saat korban menyiram cabai jamu dan tersangka sedang mencari rumput. Diduga karena ada perselisihan soal pengaturan jam pembagian air yang mana korban adalah orang yang ditunjuk oleh masyarakat untuk mengatur pembagian air.
“Pelaku rupanya tidak terima dan terjadilah pembacokan. Korban sudah dimintakan VER dan tersangka dalam proses pemeriksaan penyidik, atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 351 KUHP. ” tegasnya. (gus)
