Lumajang, (regamedianews.com) – Kapolres Lumajang AKBP Muhammad Arsal Sahban kembali memberikan ultimatum kepada para pelaku begal, agar segera insyaf dan tidak lagi melakukan perbuatan melanggar hukum.
“Saya himbau kepada seluruh pelaku begal, agar menghentikan perbuatannya, karena Tim Cobra tak akan main-main dalam memberantas kriminalitas di wilayah Lumajang”, tegas Kapolres Lumajang Muhammad Arsal Sahban, usai pimpin olah TKP pelaku begal di Desa Sumberejo, Kec. Candipuro, Lumajang, Rabu (15/05/2019).
Kedua pelaku begal ini harus dihentikan dengan timah panas, karena pada saat penangkapan mereka berusaha melawan petugas. Ia akan terus berusaha membuat wilayah Lumajang ini bersih dari pelaku kriminal khususnya begal.
“Tidak perduli berapapun peluru yang harus saya keluarkan untuk para pelaku kriminal. Sekali lagi saya imbau kepada para pelaku begal untuk berhenti melakukan perbuatannya”, tegas Arsal.
Menurutnya, pelaku begal bukan saja merampas kendaraan korban, tapi juga menyebabkan trauma mendalam bagi korbannya, karena pelaku begal cenderung menakuti korbannya dengan senjata tajam.
“Untuk itu, kami akan perang dengan pelaku begal. Tim Cobra saya siapkan khusus untuk melawan mereka”, ungkap Arsal kembali menebar ancaman kepada para pelaku begal.
Hal senada juga dikatakan Kasat Reskrim Polres Lumajang AKP Hasan Cobra juga meberikan lampu kuning kepada para pelaku kriminal yang masih berani melakukan aksinya di wilayah Lumajang.
“Sesuai atensi dari Kapolres, Tim Cobra tak segan-segan akan tembak di tempat kepada pelaku begal. Ini adalah peringatan terakhir dari kami”, tegas pria yang juga menjabat sebagai Katim Cobra tersebut. (har)
