Bandung, (regamedianews.com) – Setelah dilaksanakan rotasi mutasi di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Bandung pada Jumat (22/3/2019) lalu. Beberapa pejabat telah menduduki jabatan barunya. Begitupun Bagian Humas Sekretariat Daerah (Setda) Kota Bandung yang selama 6 bulan dipimpin oleh Dedi Priadi Nugraha, kini mempunnyai nakhoda baru, yaitu Sony Teguh Prasatya.
Lima hari setelah dilantik menjadi Kepala Bagian Humas Kota Bandung, Sony yang dulunya menjabat sebagai Kepala Bidang Pembinaan Pemuda, Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dispora) Kota Bandung, menuturkan pengalaman hidupnya kepada humas.bandung.go.id.
“Alhamdulillah bisa bergabung dengan tim Humas di Pemkot. Kita jalin kemitraan lebih baik lagi baik di internal maupun bersama media”, ujarnya di Kantor Humas Kota Bandung, Jalan Wastukancana, Selasa (26/3/2019).
Ia juga mengungkapkan, semenjak kecil hidup di lingkungan polisi dan TNI, tepatnya di daerah Kebon Pisang, Kosambi. Lingkungan menempanya menjadi pribadi yang mudah bergaul dengan cekatan.
“Saya tumbuh dan besar di lingkungan asrama polisi dan TNI di kawasan Kosambi, tepatnya Kebon Pisang. Kawasan ini merupakan daerah perkampungan tetapi masuk wilayah asrama”, tuturnya.
Lulusan Universitas Pasundan ini, semasa duduk di bangku Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) sangat menyukai otomotif dan olahraga. Sony sangat menggandrungi segala hal tentang motor.
Semasa sekolah, ia mempunyai sepeda motor Bebek 70 pabrikan Jepang. Ada juga RX King yang sengaja dimodifikasi hingga tampilannya garang.
Sampai saat ini, ia tidak berpaling hati, kesukaannya pada motor tidaklah berubah. Sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Ia juga mengembangkan hobinya itu dengan mengoleksi motor matic, mulai dari matic bermesin CC kecil hingga bermesin CC besar. “Motor itu sudah seperti bagian hidup, ke mana-mana saya gunakan motor dibanding mobil,” katanya.
Selain hobi kendaraan bermotor, ia pun menggandrungi olahraga. Sony juga mengaku bahwa ia menyukai olahraga voli, renang, dan mendaki gunung.
“Pertama otomotif, yang kedua ia suka olahraga. Sejak SMP pernah satu tim di SMP 2 dengan Pak Edi Marwoto (saat ini Kepala Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga/Dispora Kota Bandung)”, ujarnya.
Sementara itu, terkait kariernya sebagai Aparatu Sipil Negara (ASN), Sony memulainya sebagai PNS tahun 1997. Tahun 2000 ia ditugaskan di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata (Disbudpar) Kota Bandung .
Selama 10 tahun Sony mengabdi di Disbudpar Kota Bandung. Tahun 2010 dipindahtugaskan di Dinas Pelayanan Pajak (Disyanjak) Kota Bandung yang saat ini menjadi Badan Pengelolaan Pendapatan Daerah (BPPD) Kota Bandung.
Tahun 2011, Sony beralih tugas di Dispora Kota Bandung dan mengabdi hingga diangkat menjadi Kepala Bagian Humas Kota Bandung tahun 2019. Jabatan terakhirnya di Dispora adalah, Kabid Kepemudaan.
Selama bertugas di Dispora, dirinya sangat dekat dengan pemuda di Kota Bandung. Organisasi kepemudaan dan organisasi kemahasiswaan di Kota Bandung disambanginya. Sony sering terlihat di acara-acara kepemudaan dan kemahasiswaan.
“Saat di Dispora, saya banyak bergaul dengan ana-anak muda Kota Bandung. Mareka sangat potensial, banyak anak muda yang berbakat yang membutuhkan wadah untuk mengekspresikannya”, katanya.
Menurut Sony, Pemkota Bandung berupaya mengembangkan potensi organisasi kepemudaan dengan menghidupkan kembali beberapa organsiasi supaya lebih berkembang. Selian itu, para pemuda pun digerakkan untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan-kegiatan keagamaan, seperti mengikuti kajian-kajian Islam.
“Di kepemudaan, Sony lebih merangkul generasi muda untuk melakukan kegiatan sosial seperti peduli lingkungan, cepat tanggap terhadap lingkungan sekitar, dan menjadi relawan kegiatan-kegiatan sosial, Mereka juga diajak untuk mengikuti kajian Islam, serta kajian bersama Ustaz Hanan Ataqqi”, paparnya.
Di tugas barunya sebagai Kepala Bagian Humas, Sony akan mengajak generasi muda untuk berperan serta dan berkolaborasi dalam mengembangkan informasi positif bersama Humas Kota Bandung. “Kota akan mengajak mereka untuk berperan dalam penyebaran berita positif kepada masyarakat”, katanya. (agil)
