Pengecatan Gedung Balai Latihan Kerja (BLK) Kabupaten Bangkalan dianggarkan Rp. 300 juta. Anggaran sebesar itu diperuntukkan pada perawatan Gedung BLK.
“Anggaran sebesar 300 juta ini hanya diperuntukkan pengechatan total dan sedikit perbaikan diruang kepala Dinas yaitu pembuatan toilet,” kata Kepala Disperinaker Bangkalan Tamar Djaja saat dihubungi via telepon selulernya, Jumat (4/9/20) lalu.
Menurutnya, kondisi cat gedung balai diklat sudah banyak mengelupas karena sudah termasuk bertahun-tahun tidak dilakukan perbaikan.
“Sehingga tahun ini kita anggarkan untuk perawatan. Sebelum ada covid -19 total anggaranya sebesar Rp. 500 juta. Karena adanya covid maka 200 jutanya dipangkas. Rencananya dana 200 juta itu untuk perbaikan kantor didepan BLK,” terangnya.
Sementara untuk perawatan fisik gedung BLK, menurutnya, dianggarkan sekitar Rp. 280 juta. Namun pengerjaan fisik ini belum dilaksanakan karena terbatas anggaran.
Tamar juga mengaku proyek pengecetan 6 Gedung BLK itu sudah ditenderkan di LPSE Pemkab Bangkalan. Sedangkan pemenang tender pengechatan BLK itu, dirinya mengaku tidak bisa menjelaskan karena diluar wewenangnya.
Akan tetapi pelaksanaan proyek ini bulan september sudah SPK dan penyelesaian pengecetan perkiraan pada bulan oktober.
“Sudah dilelang dan saya saat ini masih menunggu hasil lelangnya di ULP. Dan lebih jelas kita belum tahu karena bukan tugas, saya pak, dan saya sampai sekarang CV_nya belum mengetahui siapa pemenangnya,” pungkasnya. (sfn/sms)
