Cimahi, (regamedianews.com) – Pemerintah Kota Cimahi secara resmi meluncurkan Mobil Wisata SAKOCI (Saba Kota Cimahi), dengan tampilan yang sangat menarik, Minggu (03/03/2019).
Peresmian ditandai dengan pemecahan kendi oleh Wali Kota Cimahi, Ir. H. Ajay M. Priatna, MM bertempat Car Free Day (CFD) Kota Cimahi, Jl. Rd. Demang Hardjakusumah, Cibabat, Cimahi.
Sebagaimana telah diketahui bersama, tanggal 14 Desember 2018 lalu, Kota Cimahi telah meluncurkan “Cimahi Military Tourism” sebagai upaya Kota Cimahi masuk sebagai salah satu tujuan wisata di Jawa Barat dengan mengusung tema Wisata Militer.
Walikota Cimahi Ajay M Priatna mengatakan, Kota Cimahi dikenal sebagai kawasan “hijau” alias kota pusat pendidikan tentara, karena sejak zaman kolonial difungsikan sebagai tangsi besar KNIL, dan pusat pendidikan militer lengkap dengan fasilitas rumah Sakit dan stasiun kereta api.
“Berkeliling di Kota Cimahi akan dimanjakan dengan banyaknya bangunan-bangunan tua dan bersejarah yang berserakan di tiap sudut kota. Kehadiran Mobil Wisata SAKOCI ini diharapkan mampu memberikan pelayanan bagi penduduk kota dan wisatawan baik lokal maupun internasional yang ingin berkeliling kota dan singgah di tempat-tempat wisata yanga ada di Kota Cimahi”, tuturnya.
Ajay menjelaskan, Mobil Wisata yang didominasi kelir hijau ciri khas tentara ini, nantinya akan melayani wisatawan dengan kegiatan city tour ke tempat bersejarah dan tangsi-tangsi militer yang memiliki nilai sejarah.
“SAKOCI memiliki design yang sangat khas, bis wisata dengan jendela terbuka dengan bagian belakang terbuka lebar, untuk memaksimalkan pandangan selama perjalanan. Memiliki bangku untuk 24 penumpang serta dilengkapi fasilitas sound system, tv, dan tour guide”, terangnya.
Untuk rute pertama, akan melayani rute mulai dari Alun-Alun Kota Cimahi (titik 0) melewati gedung Under Societiet – Penjara Poncol – Markas Yon Armed 4/105 GS – Gedung Sudirman – Taman Ratu Wilhelmina – Taman Kehormatan Ereveld Kerkhof – Komunitas Adat Cireundeu (Dewi Tapa).
“Rute kedua melayani jalur mulai dari Gedung Technopark – Taman Kehormatan Ereveld Kerkhof – Komunitas Adat Cireundeu – Pusdik Armed – Gereja Santo Ignatius – Taman Ratu Wilhelmina – Militaire Hospital (RS. Dustira) – Stassiun Kereta Api Cimahi – Penjara Poncol – Markas Yon Armed 4/105 GS – Gedong Opat – Alun-alun”, jelasnya.
Aja menambahkan, mudah-mudahan bisa ditambah 2 unit sampai akhir tahun. Dengan kehadirannya mobil ini akan menjadi pelaku sejarah itu sendiri.
